EXTENDED WARRENTY TRANSFER PROCEDURES

If you are purchasing a used Land Rover from a private party, and they have a Land Rover Certified Extended warrenty. Here are the transfer procedures. Remember you only have 30 days from the date of purchase to transfer the information to the new owner!

1. Request to transfer from original contract holder, in the form of a letter, listing:
* contract #
* new owner name / address / phone number
* contract holder's address / phone number / signature

2. Bill of Sale, listing:
* VIN
* mileage
* sale date
* buyer / seller signature

3. Fee's:
* $50 fee
* $40 fee if purchased in FL
* No fee if purchased in NH, OK, or KY

4. Submit within 30 days from date of sale All checks should be made payable to APCO and mailed to:
